The Royal Cheshire County Show, one of the oldest and most popular agricultural shows in the UK is all set up and ready to welcome you across two days and one evening on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June and if you use the code SHOW20 when buying your tickets online you’ll enjoy a special 20% discount on your ticket price!
From livestock and elite equestrian competitions, to jousting from the Knights of Nottingham, cooking with 8 celebrity chefs and hundreds of food, drink and craft stalls, the Royal Cheshire County Show offers something for everyone!
Enjoy wandering through the Cheshire Farmers Market and visit hundreds of stalls in the Market of Makers. Children will love interacting with the animals including giant tortoises and alpacas! They may also spot the fairground and complimentary face painting!
The Food Live Theatre will feature no less than eight celebrity chefs, including Jean-Christophe Novelli and Shelina Permalloo. “I’m very chuffed to be back at the Royal Cheshire County Show, I love it, it’s fantastic. There’s so much to do.” commented Jean-Christophe Novelli. This year, Samia Longchambon (Maria from Coronation Street) will be joining Jean-Christophe on stage following on from their success on Cooking with the Stars. On Tuesday evening from 5pm-10pm the show will present Late at The Show. The evening will feature Boyzlife, Housejammerz and Babalola JR with Happy Radio’s Darren Proctor hosting the event. Enjoy the concert, have a bite to eat or a drink from one of the many artisan stalls, or bring a picnic. All parking is free of charge. Day tickets allow free access into Late at the Show for all those attending on the Tuesday, alternatively evening only tickets are available for £10 per person, £5 per child or £25 per family of 4 at www.royalcheshireshow.org. Late at the show tickets will also be available on the gate, card payment only.
The showground is just under a mile from Junction 19 of the M6 with all parking provided free of charge. Alternatively a free shuttle bus service will be operating from 8am – 6pm on both days of the show from Knutsford, Hartford Northwich and Altrincham train stations.
