School Visits
The Royal Cheshire County Show welcomes visits from schools from across the County and beyond. A visit to the
show can provide a tremendous learning opportunity in an interesting and often interactive way.
In addition to seeing livestock, poultry, horses and learning about the rural way of life, including traditional country crafts and past times, the
show enables young people to understand the journey and economics of food from ‘Plough to Plate’. The Bidlea Dairy Agri-Centre is designed to
educate visitors on how our food is produced and takes you on a journey from producer to retailer.
The ‘Schools Out’ marquee sponsored by Edsential Musical Routes and Cheshire East Council has a vibrant atmosphere created by their
handpicked schools, who will show case an array of musical talent on the Music Bowl Band Stand located by the church.
