PAWSCARS Award Nomination For Cheshire Show Dog Section

The Royal Cheshire County Show is proud to announce that the Dog Section has been nominated for ‘Open Show of the Year’ at the prestigious PAWSCARS awards.
Managed by Chief Steward Alastair Moss, The Royal Cheshire County Show is proud to host one of the largest open dog shows in the region, with 500 classes and more than 100 different breeds on display.
The PAWSCARS awards is the premier event in the pedigree dog world calendar which honours the success and hard work of those in all areas of the British dog show scene.
The ceremony, which celebrates its 7th annual charity event in 2020, is due to take place on Wednesday 4th March at the Metropole Hotel, Birmingham and brings together the pedigree dog world for an evening of celebration and fundraising.
Rob Davenport, Show Director of The Royal Cheshire County Show, commented: “We are delighted to have received a nomination from the PAWSCARS awards for “Open Show of the Year” which recognises the hard work of the Show organisers who deliver an extremely organised, well-run show which promotes a range of breeds through its many classifications, exceeding both the exhibitors and visitors expectations every time.”
