Follow That Calf: Bidlea Dairy at the Cheshire Show!

We were pleased to have the Bidlea Dairy family in attendance at this year’s Cheshire Show. The family partook in various events across the Showground on both days. Bidlea’s aims at the Show were to highlight the importance of where food comes from, as well as promoting the benefits of supporting local business.

From Bidlea Dairy Farm, we had Melanie, Ryan and Becky who were showing six of their favourite cows out of the herd. The Bidlea team was delighted to be awarded with quite a few first places! Bidlea also kindly brought in a cow and two calves, all of which were on display in the NFU stand for the public to view milking and feeding demonstrations.

As well as this, Bidlea Dairy was also promoting their milk and handing out milkshakes on the Massey feeds stand at the front of the Morrisons’ sponsored Agri-Centre.

With all three things going on at the same time, Bidlea Dairy had a great response from the public and enjoyed their time at the Cheshire Show!
