Bumper crop of businesses expected at 2015 Show
4 November 2014
ORGANISATIONS and businesses planning to take part in next year’s Cheshire Show are being urged to reserve their places as soon as possible.
Demand for exhibitor space is already high following this week’s launch of Trade Packs and Applications Forms for the 2015 show, which gets underway next June 23 and 24.
Nigel Evans, Executive Director of the Cheshire Show, said: “Trade stand bookings are coming in thick and fast so I would encourage businesses to get in touch as soon as possible to ensure they reserve their chosen position.
“The Show continues to be a wonderful success and is the perfect opportunity for businesses and organisations to showcase what they have to offer to the 80,000 visitors who attend each year.
“Next year’s show promises to be as spectacular as ever and we are also planning some fantastic new features to thrill the crowds. We are also looking forward to welcoming back our regular exhibitors as well as forging friendships with new businesses.”
The Cheshire Show was first held in 1838 and was historically an agricultural event. In recent years it has expanded to include a wide range of attractions on the 200-acre showground at Tabley, near Knutsford.
These include: thousands of horses, cattle and dogs featuring in competition events, Creamline Dairies Main Ring, vintage machinery, a Farmers’ Market, Countryside Experience with Birds of Prey, traditional and modern rural crafts, floral displays, Sainsbury’s Agri-Centre, and a host of celebrity chefs at the Roberts Bakery Food Hall.
All this and over 600 trade stands spanning an incredible five kilometres!
Trade Packs and applications forms for the 2015 show are now being issued and will also be available to download on the show’s new website which goes live on Tuesday this week (November 4) www.royalcheshireshow.org.
