Adie Munt

Adie Munt is a well-known name on the Cheshire food scene. He started his career working at the famous Belle Epoque in Knutsford before moving on to work at most of the best pubs in the area such as the Frozen Mop, Dun Cow and Roebuck in Mobberley before relocating to Yorkshire to work in multiple rosette kitchens.

Adie moved back to Cheshire just over 7 years ago and has spent the last 5 years as Head Chef at the beautiful 15th Century pub, The Bells of Peover, where his innovative menu featured in Confidentials as one of the best in the Manchester area.

The start of 2024 saw the talented chef take on a new role as Head Chef at the multi award-winning Monastery in Manchester – The Grade II* listed building offers a magnificent setting for weddings, banquets, corporate events, and everything in between.

We are looking forward to welcoming Adie to the Roberts Bakery Food Live Theatre at this year’s Show.
