Sam on the Farm: Calving Time

Summer has begun (apparently) and that means one thing for me on the Farm and that’s calving time!
I’ve got two main groups of cows to look after, my herd of Herefords at home and also the herd of cows at Tatton Park too, so as I’m sure you can imagine… they keep me very busy. I try to plan it that they’ll all give birth around a similar time, just to make life a little easier and mean that I’m not up every night checking on them.
