Thank You for an Incredible Royal Cheshire County Show 2026

What an absolutely incredible two days we have just shared together at the Royal Cheshire County Show 2026.

Quite simply, this year’s show was unbelievable.

Thousands upon thousands of you joined us to celebrate everything that makes Cheshire so special, and what a celebration it was. From the moment the gates opened until the final applause at the Late at the Show Concert on the Tuesday and the legendary Young Farmers’ water fight on the Wednesday, the showground was alive with excitement, energy and smiles.

The sun shone, the crowds came, and there was something happening everywhere you looked.

Visitors enjoyed thrilling funfair rides, spectacular Main Ring attractions, outstanding livestock competitions, magnificent horse displays, the ever-popular Countryside Live area, fantastic food and drink, incredible shopping opportunities, family entertainment and so much more. Whether you came for agriculture, equestrian excellence, local produce, rural life, live entertainment or simply a great day out with family and friends, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

This year was particularly special as we celebrated 10 years since being granted our Royal title. It was a fitting milestone and a wonderful opportunity to showcase the very best of Cheshire, its people, its businesses, its farming community and its countryside heritage.

Events on this scale do not happen without an extraordinary team of people working tirelessly behind the scenes, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who playeda part in making this year’s show such a phenomenal success.

To our dedicated volunteers, Show Control team, office staff, Society members and Board of Trustees – thank you for your commitment, passion and countless hours of hard work.

To our exhibitors, traders, sponsors, competitors and entertainers – thank you for bringing the show to life and creating such a fantastic experience for our visitors.

To our contractors and suppliers, including our catering teams, electricity providers, Wi-Fi specialists, infrastructure crews, security teams, cleaning teams and all those who worked tirelesslybehind the scenes – thank you for helping everything run so smoothly.

Most importantly, thank you to every single visitor who came through our gates. Your support, enthusiasm and passion for the Royal Cheshire County Show are what make this event so specialyear after year.

The atmosphere across the showground was simply incredible. The feedback has been overwhelming, and many have already described it as the best Royal Cheshire County Show ever.

As we reflect on an unforgettable 2026 show, we do so with immense pride and gratitude. Together, we celebrated Cheshire at its very best and created memories that will last a lifetime.
